This traditional Irish therapy includes a 1 hour session in hot seawater bath with locally harvested fresh seaweed. This private bathroom suite contains 2 separate baths and cold shower/ douche, along with a shared cedar steam cabinet. Towels and drinking water included for 2 people.
2 towels [ 1 x bath and 1 x hand towel] and drinking water are provided for each person.
No additional changing facilities - you are invited to change in your own private bathroom.
No additional shower facilities provided - we recommend keeping the goodness of the oils on our skin after the therapy.
Please check in a few minutes before your bath. If you wish to enjoy a cold water sea swim before baths, please check in with us first and we can have everything ready to go for you when you come from your swim.
