Take this opportunity to treat yourselves to some time out together in our Sólás Suite for Two. This traditional Hot Seawater & Seaweed Bath is an ages old Irish therapy which includes a 1 hour session in hot seawater bath with locally harvested fresh seaweed. This private bathroom suite contains 2 separate baths, a custom made cedar steam box, and a rainfall cold shower to complete the therapy. We also include towels and drinking water for your convenience.
No need to bring anything. We provide towels and drinking water.
3 towels [ 1 x bath, 1 x hand towel and 1 x towel for your neck] per person, and drinking water are provided for both.
No additional changing facilities - this suite has adequate space for you to change in your own private bathroom.
No additional shower facilities provided - we recommend keeping the goodness of the oils on our skin after the therapy, but do offer a lovely cold rainfall shower to help cool down and close the skins pours to help maintain the goodness after this therapy.
Please check in a few minutes before your bath. If you wish to enjoy a cold water sea swim before baths, please check in with us first and we can have everything ready to go for you when you come from your swim.
